How long does shipping take? +

Orders are handcrafted in small batches, so please allow 3–5 business days for processing. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days within the continental United States.

Do you offer free shipping? +

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $75. For orders under $75, a flat rate shipping fee applies at checkout.

Do you ship internationally? +

We currently only ship within the United States. International shipping is coming soon.

Will I receive a tracking number? +

Yes! Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

What is your return policy? +

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unopened products in their original packaging. Please contact us at omaskinfood@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.

Can I exchange a product? +

We handle exchanges on a case-by-case basis. Reach out to us at omaskinfood@gmail.com and we'll do our best to make it right.

What if my order arrives damaged? +

If your order arrives damaged, please email us at omaskinfood@gmail.com with a photo of the damage within 48 hours of delivery. We'll send a replacement at no additional cost.
